1Add 1 pound fresh, trimmed and washed green beans to a large bowl. Add 1 teaspoon avocado oil, 1 Tablespoon whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs, salt & pepper (to desired taste), and a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, omit for kids who don't like spicy)
2Set air-fryer to 390 degrees. Add green beans and set timer to 15 minutes. If you like crispier, add a few more minutes but don't go past 20. Remove and shake off excess oil.
