1Remove any tails or shells from shrimp. They should be peeled and deveined, not frozen.
2Generously spray shrimp with cooking spray. In this recipe, Avocado Oil spray is used.
3Combine seasonings with 1/2 cup Gluten-Free panko (whole-wheat or regular panko can be used if preferred) in a large enough bowl to fit your shrimp. It should be shallow. Toss shrimp together with panko and try to coat evenly.
4Heat air-fryer to 390 degrees. When pre-heated, add shrimp to fryer basket and close.
5Set timer to 5 minutes. You can check on shrimp once and give the basket a shake. Air-fryer will alert you when it timer is finished.
6Remove shrimp from fryer shaking off any access breadcrumbs.
7Serve with a light salad or your favorite side!
You may want to work in batches for crispier shrimp. Do not overcrowd basket! ONLY 1 SMARTPOINT PER SERVING!!!
